New Business Broadband Services Offered by Nildram

UK ISP Nildram has launched ‘Enhanced Upstream’ and ‘SDSL (M)’ - two new business broadband packages. These packages are meant for the Small to Medium Enterprise market and add to a wide array of package options for the customers from this segment.

SDSL (M) offers symmetric speeds (same speed for upload and download) of 512Kbps, 1Mbps, 1.5Mbps and 2Mbps to business broadband customers. It is being presented as an alternative to BT’s leased line and SDSL services. Customers also get Enhanced Care service support as part of the package. This support ensures a resolution of any disruption in service within 10 hours, failing which one month’s broadband rental is refunded to the customer.

The Enhanced Upstream package is being marketed as perfect for design and media companies for whom a dependable and stable bandwidth is critical. The speeds offered in this package are up to 16Mbps downstream and up to 2.5Mbps upstream. This package also offers other features including a 100MB space, unlimited transfers, and a download speed of at least 500Kb.

The SDSL (M) starts from £59+VAT each month for the 512Kbps deal. The ‘Enhanced Upstream’ will cost customers £19.50+VAT each month, with an additional £80 setup fee. The new Business Broadband services from Nildram are all available on a 12-month contract basis, so the customers need to carefully assess their needs and then choose a broadband internet package most suited to their requirements.
